Current Service Price
Current Whale Shark Tour prices: MXN $3,000 per participant on a shared boat, or MXN $18,000 total for an exclusive boat for up to four participants. Each additional participant is MXN $2,000, up to ten per licensed boat. Larger groups can be coordinated with additional licensed boats, subject to availability and current regulations. The amount selected below is a deposit and will be deducted from the confirmed total.
Your reservation deposit holds your requested date and allows us to confirm the boat, captain, crew and necessary logistics for your tour.
Alternative payment methods
PayPal is our primary online payment method. Banamex domestic bank transfers, Revolut, Wise and Morse are optional alternatives. All prices and reservation amounts are in Mexican pesos (MXN). The 6% PayPal/card processing fee does not apply to these transfers; provider, bank or exchange charges may apply.
Your required reservation payment must be received and available in our account at least 24 hours before your service starts. A receipt, screenshot or pending transfer does not confirm a reservation. We confirm after verifying the received funds and your booking.
Banamex Transfer MXN directly from a Mexican bank account to ours
Pay by domestic bank transfer in MXN from your Mexican bank account. Use the account holder name and 18-digit CLABE below; no recipient address or card is required. Send the required reservation payment shown for your service, without the 6% PayPal/card processing fee. Your bank's own charges, if any, may apply.
The required reservation payment must be received and available at least 24 hours before your service. A receipt or pending transfer is not confirmation; we verify the received funds before confirming your reservation.

Revolut Pay directly from your Revolut account to ours
Send the confirmed reservation amount in MXN through our Revolut link. Transfers between Revolut customers have no transfer fee; any exchange charges are shown in the app. Transfers are normally instant, but pending funds remain unconfirmed and must clear before the 24-hour deadline.

Wise Pay in your currency; Wise sends MXN to our Mexican bank account
Choose Mexico and MXN in Wise. Enter the confirmed reservation amount under Recipient gets; Wise calculates your payment in your currency, including its fees. Review the estimated arrival before paying.
Wise deposits MXN directly into our Mexican bank account; no currency conversion is required on our side. Delivery can be fast, but is not always instant. Choose a payment method whose estimated arrival leaves at least 24 hours before your service, allowing extra time for bank holidays or delays. Once Wise has received and converted your payment, bank delivery usually takes 0–1 business days; conversion can take up to 2 business days, and funding time depends on your payment method. Only funds actually received and available confirm payment.

Morse Transfer USD within the USA: US bank account to our US account, or pay through Morse
Send to @vlader in Morse. Recipient: VLADIMIR LENIN HERNANDEZ PIÑA. Morse states that transfers between Morse users arrive in under 5 seconds. Send the confirmed amount in MXN and check the recipient before paying. This is different from a US bank transfer: funds must still be received and available at least 24 hours before your service.
For a US bank payment, send an ACH transfer in USD using the bank details below. Regular ACH can take up to 72 hours, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. As our booking policy, initiate payment at least 4 US business days plus 24 hours before the service, allowing extra time for bank cutoffs, holidays or additional checks. A faster transfer does not waive the requirement for funds to be available at least 24 hours before the service.
Our prices are in MXN. For a USD payment, the amount actually received and converted to MXN, after applicable fees, is credited to your reservation. Once the funds arrive, we recalculate and confirm your remaining balance; an exact exchange rate cannot be guaranteed in advance. Any balance must be paid before your service begins. Transfers from other individuals are limited to USD 4,000 per transaction.
Morse-to-Morse transfers have no transfer fee. Morse currently charges Mexican residents 0.1% to receive USD bank deposits; the sender's bank may also charge. All service prices remain in MXN.

Full Payment Before Your Service
The reservation deposit is not the total cost of your tour.
Every service must be paid in full before it begins. Any remaining balance is settled at boarding, before departure, or before the activity starts. Payment is never due after disembarking or at the end of the service.
You may settle the balance in cash (MXN or USD), or by card through PayPal, with the 6% processing fee. For USD cash, we confirm the MXN equivalent using our local bank’s daily rate. Arrange any PayPal balance payment before the service starts; do not rely on a card terminal being available on board.
After Making Your Payment
If you have received a reservation reference, include it in your payment note. Otherwise, use the reservation name and service date so we can match the payment:

Reservations
We kindly ask that all reservations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. This allows us to confirm availability and prepare the boat, captain, crew and logistics for your reservation.

Deposits
A reservation deposit is required to hold your requested tour date. The deposit is MXN $1,400 per participant for a shared tour or MXN $5,000 for a private boat reservation.
Deposits may be made by credit or debit card through PayPal. A 6% processing fee applies to all PayPal and card transactions and is included automatically in the payment links above.
Reservation deposits are applied toward the total cost of your tour. Any remaining balance must be paid directly to your captain as you board the vessel and before departure.
Payments
All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Cash payments may be made in MXN or USD; our USD cash rate is based on our local bank’s daily rate. Card payments are made through PayPal in MXN, with a 6% processing fee. For advance transfers, use the selected options described above: Mexico-to-Mexico bank transfers to Banamex, Revolut-to-Revolut, Wise to our Mexican bank, or Morse-to-Morse / ACH to our US account. We do not offer Revolut or Morse bank transfers to our Mexican accounts.
All card and PayPal transactions are processed in Mexican pesos. Our USD-to-MXN exchange rate is based on our local bank’s daily rate. A 6% processing fee applies to all credit card, debit card and PayPal payments. To avoid processing fees, ask us about bank transfer or cash payment options.
Taxes & Fees
The payment summary shows the service payment and the 6% card or PayPal processing fee separately. No additional tax is added at checkout. Bank transfers and other payment methods may have provider or exchange-rate charges; confirm the amount before sending.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than seven days before the tour qualify for a 100% refund of the eligible service amount. Cancellations from two through seven days before the tour qualify for 50%. Cancellations less than two days before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable.
If we cancel because of unsafe conditions or port restrictions, you may choose to reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a refund of the eligible amount paid for the canceled service.
Refunds are calculated on the eligible amount paid for the service. Processing fees actually charged by the payment provider and not recovered may be deducted where permitted by applicable law. Adventure Tours Isla Mujeres may absorb these charges and issue a larger refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
