Punta Sam Boarding Point operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is available only without luggage. Exact hotel or property location, Punta Nizuc, waiting time,
nighttime service, vehicle availability, access requirements, and unusual logistics may require
an adjusted quotation. One vehicle can carry up to 12 passengers with luggage or up to 14 without luggage. Aqua Taxi capacity is 12 passengers per boat; larger groups require additional boats.
Alternative piers, hotel docks, marinas, additional navigation, waiting time,
and third-party dock or marina fees may involve extra costs.
Card and PayPal payments are subject to a 6% processing fee; cash prices are quoted in Mexican pesos.

We review the operation. The vehicle and route are checked for ground service; vessel, crew, pier access, weather, and timing are also checked when a boat is requested.
You receive a quotation. The message includes the route, price, inclusions, possible third-party fees, and payment instructions.
Payment confirms the reservation. The selected ground, boat, or combined service is then coordinated.
You receive the final itinerary. Pickup, boarding, timing, contact, and destination instructions are sent in writing.

Cancun–Isla Mujeres Marine Transfer
The standard published rate applies to one private one-way transfer between Cancún and Isla Mujeres, in either direction.
The Cancun boarding point is assigned after the route, luggage, schedule, destination,
pier access, and daily operating conditions are reviewed.
Ground Transportation—No Boat Required
Ground transportation can be reserved on its own or coordinated with the boat from Cancun International Airport,
Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum,
and other Riviera Maya locations.
Private Suburban transfers cost MXN $2,000 per vehicle, each way, for 1–6 passengers on local routes serving Cancun International Airport, Cancun Airport Maya Train Station, Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Juárez and Punta Sam, subject to the boarding-point restrictions. Nighttime service (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) adds 20% to the affected leg: MXN $2,400. The existing 6% PayPal fee is shown separately at checkout. Suburban service is also available for longer routes. Cancun International Airport Transfers
Private pickup or drop-off can be coordinated at Cancun International Airport for travel to
the Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Ultramar Puerto Juárez, the Puerto Juárez or Punta Sam Aqua Taxi boarding point,
or an Aqua Taxi boarding point. For the correct vehicle and timing, provide the airline,
flight number, scheduled arrival or departure time, terminal when known, passenger count,
luggage, and final destination. Airport exit time may differ from landing time because of
immigration, baggage claim, and other arrival procedures.
Cancun Airport Maya Train Station
We can coordinate pickup or drop-off at the Cancun Airport Maya Train Station
(Estación Cancún Aeropuerto). From there, private ground transportation can continue to
a Cancun hotel, Costa Mujeres, Ultramar Puerto Juárez, or an Aqua Taxi boarding point,
or another confirmed mainland destination. Provide the train time, passenger count,
luggage, and final destination when requesting a quote.
A free shuttle connects the station with the Cancun airport terminals.
Direct Arrival to Isla Mujeres Properties
Direct marine arrival may be possible at properties with authorized dock access.
When direct access is unavailable, arrival is coordinated through an appropriate authorized pier,
with onward transportation arranged when requested.
Dock access is always subject to authorization, weather, vessel clearance,
operating conditions, and third-party rules or fees.
