How the Aqua Taxi Service Works

Aqua Taxi 24/7 operates under the same concept as a private ground taxi. While our standard base in Cancun is located at Playa del Niño, the service is not limited to this pier. Upon request, we can pick up or drop off passengers at alternative piers, including hotel docks, private residences, or other authorized docking points.

Published Aqua Taxi rates correspond to the standard route. Transfers involving alternative pickup or drop-off locations may result in additional costs, including navigation adjustments, waiting times, or pier usage fees. Any fees charged by private or third-party piers are the responsibility of the client.
